A Perfect Match
Two people, complete strangers, meet for the very first time to dance tango—yet they move in such harmony it feels as though they have merged effortlessly into one. The dance becomes an intimate conversation without words, a brief union of two lives that had never crossed until now. It is a strange and wondrous sensation.
What hidden journeys lie behind such harmony? Their lives, their training, their habits and tastes, their understanding of tango, their musicality, their skill, their values—the countless choices that led them to this shared point of resonance. Surely there are stories woven into all of it, stories that make you ache to know more.
And yet you do not dare to probe. You know no one is perfect, and knowing too much might fracture this delicate beauty. You would rather leave the moment untouched, free of any impurity. You restrain your curiosity and allow yourself to sink into the pleasure of the present, unclouded by knowledge. You are even willing for her to remain a stranger.
And still, this stranger feels uncannily familiar, as though she were already a part of you—another you. Someone you could trust completely, lean upon without hesitation. Between you, there is a silent understanding, a seamless accord beyond words. That perfect feeling made your night. Long after the dancing ended, you were still carrying it with you; it might stay until tomorrow—perhaps even until you meet her again.
